Aggregates

Quarry materials are used mainly as raw materials for the production of concrete mixes, asphalt, concrete blocks and for road infrastructure. Lime & Stone Production Co. Ltd. operates 8 quarries at different locations all over the Country.

The quarried materials are produced in accordance with the Israeli Standard (I.S.3) and are controlled on an ongoing basis by a strict quality assurance system in line with the Company’s compliance with ISO9002.

The wide and diverse range of products of the highest quality of production and supply includes: Base materials (types ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’), various types of aggregates, and sand products.

The Company’s flagship is the Modiim quarry. Its annual production capacity is estimated at around 6 million tons, and it is one of the largest quarries in the Middle East. The quarry was established in 1982.
